Youth Uncapped is an organization run by the youth, for the youth. Established in 2017, we have been constantly finding new and innovative ways to guide and develop the youth to reach their full potential. As a team, we have a combined 20 years youth work experience.
Through meeting them where they are, we connect with them in a relatable manner. Through these strong bonds, we facilitate the learning of important values such as humility, excellence, and emotional intelligence; values which are lacking and are greatly needed in today's society. We promote respect and tolerance of all individuals, regardless of race, religion and any socio-economic backgrounds.
We also prepare our youth, in the best way possible, to not only overcome the challenges that they will face in their personal lives, but to have the skills and perspective to unite and overcome the challenges of youth throughout the world. Through this, we facilitate various basic personal and skills development which are needed for everyday life.
By adopting the application of such values, we believe that the youth, the future leaders of society, can create a safer, more productive world for all.
